Korunní 95 is an intimate residential development comprising four new apartments situated on the upper floors of a traditional building in Prague’s Vinohrady district.
For the development company Fidurock, we created the interior concepts for the individual apartments offered for sale. The brief was to develop distinct yet visually cohesive schemes that would help prospective buyers imagine the character and potential of each space.
The apartments vary in size and layout, ranging from a compact city home to a generous duplex with a terrace. The designs are united by a restrained material palette, careful use of natural light and an effort to connect contemporary interiors with the character of a traditional Vinohrady building.
