This 75 m² apartment underwent a complete renovation with the aim of creating a calm and comfortable home for its owner, while also providing a welcoming setting for regular visits from her grandchildren.
The layout is centred around a generous shared living space, which forms the natural heart of family gatherings. The client’s bedroom is complemented by a dedicated workspace, while a separate room for the grandchildren offers privacy for staying, studying and sleeping over.
Particular attention was paid to the bathroom, where comfort, ease of movement and everyday practicality had to be carefully balanced within a relatively compact space. The design therefore responds sensitively to both the client’s current and future needs without compromising the room’s residential and understated character.
The result is a timeless interior that combines practicality, comfort and an intergenerational approach to living.
